A bit about me

I'm Boji, a brand designer with 8+ years of experience across brand identity, marketing design, motion, and Webflow. I'm originally from Kyiv, currently based in Porto, and I've built up a pretty international career along the way, working with clients and teams across Ukraine, Germany, the UK, Singapore, Japan, and beyond.

My approach is straightforward: smart, bold, and simple design that actually serves the brand and the business. I care about concept as much as craft, and I'm equally comfortable leading a creative direction as I am getting into the details of a final file.

What I've been working on

As Brand Design Owner at NeuronsLab, I owned the visual identity across four product lines — NeuraChat, NeuraVoice, NeuraDoc, and ARKEN — while creating UI for demos and motion for marketing in a fast-moving bizdev environment.

Before that I spent two years as Creative Designer at cargo.one in Berlin, where I worked across brand, web, and marketing in close collaboration with product, sales, and engineering teams.

Earlier in my career I co-founded a creative studio in Kyiv and worked as Art Director and Brand Designer for the Kyiv Symphony Orchestra, handling everything from logo and identity to seasonal campaign design for concerts performed at venues around the world.

I got my start at GRA Agency, where I worked on brand identity for clients across startups, art institutions, government organisations, and cultural projects. That's also where I built my foundation in motion design and learned to pitch and present concepts to clients.

Design should feel effortless

I believe the best design doesn't call attention to itself, it just works. I'm drawn to brands that are clear, confident, and consistent, and that's what I try to bring to every project. Whether it's a full identity system or a single campaign, the goal is always the same: make it feel right.

What I'm reading

In 2018, I started keeping track of books that I'd read and wanted to read next. This eventually turned into Good Books!

This habit has been incredibly rewarding and something I want to continue. Lately, I've been trying to read more fiction.
